Tuesday: Chair Yoga 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM (Pre-Registered); 

Moderate Hatha Yoga 4:15 - 5:30 PM (Pre-Registered)

Wednesday: Vigorous Hatha Yoga 5:00 - 6:15 PM (Pre-Registered or Drop-In)

Thursday: Gentle Hatha Yoga 3:30 - 4:45 PM (Pre-Registered or Drop-In)

Friday: Online Chair Yoga 10:30 - 11:45 AM (Details TBC)

 

All in-person classes are held at The Gathering Place (back hall of Denman Island United Church), 4575 Denman Road, Taystay'ich (Denman Island, BC).

Cost: $10-20 per drop-in class, or $40-80 per 4-week series (sliding scale)
